Tennis in Motion Academy
TIM Academies consists of high performance training of group instructions/drills, and match play. The training schedule is designed to provide:
- Dynamic warm-up drills
- Movement training
- Live ball drills
- Enhance stroke production
- Mental toughness training
- Tactical/strategic training
- Match play analysis
- Conditioning techniques
- Coach players as hitting partners
Donald Young Elite Team
The Donald Young Elite Team is Tennis In Motion’s highest performance training program. All participants for this specialized program are directly chosen by Donald Young, Sr.
Days & Times: Monday Thru Thursday, 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Available Packages:
All Elite Team Packages include 1 pair of Nike Tennis Shoes and TIM Pro Shop Discounts.
Silver Package - $575/month
Four (4) 60-minute private lessons with Head Pro, drills and 20% Pro Shop discount.
Gold Package - $750/month
Six (6) 60-minute private lessons with Head Pro, drills and 25% Pro Shop discount.
Platinum Package - $950/month
Eight (8) 60-minute private lessons with Head Pro, drills, Academy Racket Packet that includes 3 racquets plus tennis bag and 30% Pro Shop discount.
(Minimum 3 month commitment. Fees must be paid in one or two equal payments to receive Academy Racket Package.)
National Drills
This program is designed for tournament level juniors, college, top adults, touring pros and former pro players. In this program, coaches focus on preparing players for sectional, national and international tournaments. This program consists of high performance fitness training which is incorporated into the sessions to give our players the best possible chance of competing on the highest level. Players will work on strategy, advanced stroke production, mental toughness, shot selection and on-court movement. Tennis Director’s approval required for participation.
Days & Times: Monday thru Thursday, 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Cost: For the Month of March, April and May if paid by March 15, 2008 total cost $300
or $45 weekly or $15 daily
Rising Star Academy
Tennis In Motion Rising Star Academy is designed for high school and junior level players seeking a USTA state or sectional ranking. This program focuses on consistency, stroke efficiency, and court positioning. This group uses fed balls, live ball drills and match play.
Days & Times: Monday thru Friday, 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
